Dave Williams, you use the follow up feature on your trade base. Yes, yes, 100% mate, 100%. If you're not following up on your jobs guys, leaving money on the table, that's the reality of it. If you're not following up, as well, I understand the following up thing. It's like, oh, I don't want to seem desperate. But again, it's strategy. It's not about begging it, like, oh, got no work. Can you give me your work, please? It's not about that. It's about a strategy that you've got in your business, that when you send out a quote, because you partner with your time and effort, when you send out a quote, you will automatically follow up. If it's a job you want, of course, a decent job. But if you set it up automatic, and again, we're going to come on to this, talking about your automations on your trade base, if you set it up so that it's automatic, you don't even have to do it. Your trade base does it for you. How cool is that? So, Dave's done this. What did she say? Yeah, he won the job through a follow up. Now, imagine if he just thought, I'm not following up, you know, I'll give her the quote, why should I? You know, if she doesn't want to get back to me, that's her problem, because this is the sort of shit we tell ourselves, I've done it. You know, oh, how rude and ignorant are they? They've not even got back to me, and I've sent them a quote. But as you can see, these are the things that happen. Sorry for not getting back to you. I've had a hectic weekend. The reason the customers aren't coming back to you is because they're busy. Not because they think, well, obviously, some of them are going to read the quote, I think you're too high, your price is too high. Yeah, of course, they will. But a lot of times, they might not have even had time, they might have skim read the quote, thought, yeah, I'll get back to Dave, and I want to get a second and then completely forgot about it with the busyness that we've all got in our lives. So again, they've set up an automatic email that you can do on your trade base, where it just says you preload it. So again, you write it out once and it runs. So you preload it and you say, oh, hi, Mrs. Johnson, just checking in with you, make sure that you've received our quotation. If you do have any questions at all, or you'd like to go ahead and book, please don't hesitate to contact me at any time, something along them sort of lines, that will send automatically while you're asleep, or you're at work, or you're driving around, you don't even have to think about it. She doesn't know that it's an automation. So she's going to receive that thinking you've took the time out of your day to send her a nice written email, and she's going to feel obliged to respond if they have forgotten, by the way. So again, Dave's done that. They set up them automations on your trade base and Bang is just locked in a job. And so she said she wants to go ahead. So I'm buzzing to hear that Dave. That's what it's all about, isn't it?
