I've got a question for you, how do you got a website that's a little bit shit, a little bit punts and doesn't do anything? Might look good, might look sexy, got all the slide on videos and music playing and all this and you know really nice looking photo images but does it generate leads? Does it rank when people search for you in your area where you live on Google? Does it rank high? Because if it doesn't, it's kind of like having a Range Rover on your drive covered in tarpaulin that doesn't run and no one can see it. So it's alright having something that looks nice, however people can't see it and kind of pointless isn't it, it's kind of pointless it being there. So better to have a basic website and it's better to have a simple website that's presentable that ranks very very high and that churns out organic leads for you, brings in leads. In order to build a lead machine organically you need to leverage a few different platforms okay, Facebook, Google, YouTube and a free website you can build yourself. If any of that resonates with you, you have got a Facebook business page that's a bit dormant, doesn't do anything, you have got a website that's crap and you're not really on Google business profile, if you are on there you're ranking way down the list and you're not getting any work from your efforts, you're not getting any work from any of these platforms and you're still paying for jobs, you're still paying for boosts on Facebook, paying Google for ads, paying my builder, checker trade rated people, whatever it is, however you get work, how you're still paying to get work, to get leads. Watching this now, if you're ready to build up your own reputation, your own brand and rely on your own organic reviews online to start generating more leads. That's how you cut out the middleman, you go direct to the homeowner, you earn a lot more money obviously working for people that own the property rather than working for construction companies, agencies, builders, again that's one way of earning money as a spread okay and of course it's consistent and I'm not here to knock that way of earning money, however you will max out and you will hit a wall of how much you can earn when you're working for builders and of course most of us will think okay I'll bring in a team of lads, I've done this, I'll bring in a team of boys and I'll work, I'll earn a little bit off each man, it's one way of doing it but you're going to be like a mouse on the wheel and you're going to be flat out all year round putting out fires and stressing out, chasing behind them and supervising and you know it's a hard way as a spread to earn a crust, it's a hard way. By specialising and building up your brand, building up your reputation, becoming an expert in a specific niche, you're able to work less and earn more and that's how you generate more free time and more money and create a better work-life balance, enabled to have options, more flexibility, spending that resonates with you and you're interested in learning more and you're sick and tired of how things have been in the past and you want to sort of reset and hit the ground running, giving you an opportunity right now to do that.
