Some of you may have seen me pop up on your socials rambling on about organic marketing and how you shouldn't be paying checker trade and my builder
thousands of pounds and how you can leverage free organic marketing using Google, using Facebook
and you might be wondering what this bold guy keep rambling on about organic marketing for, you might scroll off
but listen, if you're self employed trades person or a plasterer and you do spend a lot of money on things like Facebook boosts
paying for my builder, paying for checker trade, paying for Google ads in order to keep jobs coming in
I've decided I'm not going to come on socials and talk a good game anymore and try to convince people to come and check out these systems
what I've done instead is I've just decided to show you the results directly from not only my own business
but from the businesses of my guys in the coaching group that I'm currently helping

from members inside my coaching group where they've joined for a few months
and they're now ranking first page of Google across multiple free platforms and it's working
and they're really really happy with the results that they're getting
in this webinar that I created last week which was live through the trial talk group but also streaming through another group that I've got set up
I invited people in to come into this live webinar so that I could show you live ranking results on Google across multiple free platforms
rather than again talking a good game I'm just showing you the results from myself
my own business in Coventry where I run a plastering and insulation business but also the businesses of the guys in the group
plastering businesses and they're based across all different locations
I show you some of their results as well live in this webinar
we cover a lot of ground we talk about a lot of different things in the webinars and hour and a half long
now the reason that I'm not just sharing this webinar live like I'd usually do across my YouTube channel
and across my Facebook groups and TikTok and things like that is because if I'm completely honest
I don't want the information falling in the wrong hands
I don't want the information being misused by the wrong people
I want the information to go directly to self-employed trades, self-employed plasterers
who are looking to build their own reputation and leverage some of these organic marketing strategies in their own business
so that they can stop paying checker trade, my builder, Facebook and ads and things like that for their business
so it's about removing all your marketing costs and targeting better jobs, more high profit jobs and jobs that are closer to home
all for free, that's what this webinar is all about guys
and again I only want this to benefit self-employed plasterers and trades people
for that reason I've set up a very small group of self-employed plasterers, there's only about 30 of us in there at the moment
and this group's given you an opportunity to have a look inside the coaching group to see exactly what I'm teaching
but it doesn't cost you anything, so it gives you a closer look
I'm taking the lid off the group a little bit and showing you the strategies and the training sessions inside the group
by you getting a closer look and by me showing you the actual real results and evidence of what works and what doesn't
you're able to sort of remove the fluff and the uncertainty about what I'm doing
because I know there's a lot of people on socials, popping up, promising you that they can do this and do that
and they're charging you ridiculous amounts of money each month to do it and people aren't getting results from it
my coaching group runs at 80p per day, okay, it's 80p per day
and that's giving self-employed plasterers that may be new to self-employment
it's giving them an entry point, an open door for them to come, have a peek inside
and get an insight into some basic business systems and some automation and some organic marketing for their own business
typically what will happen when somebody decides to go self-employed is they'll be working for somebody else
and they'll start getting weekend work, what we call moonlighting
they'll get maybe four or five, six weekends booked up and they'll start thinking I'm getting loads of these weekend jobs
and I'm earning double the amount that I'm earning working for a wage on the tools in the week
why don't I just go and work for myself
when they start working for themselves they realise that they're going to have to fill up 45 or 48 weeks of the year
with leads, with new jobs
so then naturally they go and join checker trade or they'll go and join my builder
because they don't know any other way of creating consistent leads coming into your business all year round
unless you go and work for say builders for example
now there's nothing wrong with working for builders and construction companies and agencies
but you will hit a ceiling of what you can earn per day, per week, per month, per year
when you go domestic, when you start targeting your own projects
you sort of cutting out the middleman and you can become a specialist and a niche
in one specific area of plastering in your area where you live
and you become known as the go-to guy for that specific niche
once you've built that up you can name your price
you can become in demand in a specific niche
and it means that you can work like I say closer to home and raise your prices
once you get your prices higher then you can create a better work-life balance
because you no longer the mouse on the wheel working 6 and 7 days a week working from 7am to 7pm
you can start to work less and earn more
this is what we teach inside the coaching group guys

and I believe that's the best way of working as a trades person
working 4 intensive days on the tools
one day working on your business and your marketing and your admin

working through all your weekends
which is what I did for over a decade
