Colin says he sticks post-it notes into his diary with the job details. If it runs over, he swaps the post-it notes. If that's working, if that's working, mate, and I know we've had many long voice notes exchanged, Colin, so I know you do struggle in some of these areas. I think that's going to get you by, isn't it? The post-it notes and the paper diary, it's going to get you by. But I think the busier you get or when you start to take on jobs that maybe that system just isn't going to cut it anymore, once you start increasing your deposits and, you know, maybe they're going to want documentation or maybe the rate in which you're sending out quotes increases. If the admin increases in your business for any reason, then I think it's vital that we get off the paper diary and into a CRM. And what it does is it takes it out of your head, puts it into a system so you can make sure your headspace is cleared, basically, Colin. That's probably the best way to describe it. Getting all the information out of your head into a system that we trust. And that way we can relax a little bit and we're not stressing as much. Because I know you told me recently, sometimes you do find it difficult to switch off from your jobs. You're thinking about your jobs all the time. And again, very, very common for self-employed spreads and tradespeople. But maybe if we had it locked into a system that allowed us to forget about it, so we're not worried about it anymore, we know it's locked in, you know, the deposit is paid, it's booked, you know, the emails are all stored, text messages are stored, the job images are there, the customer's name, address, everything's there, locked in. And we haven't got to worry about it anymore. And also, what if that paper diary, you know, what if it went missing or got lost or, you know, it's a bit unstable. Whereas at least if it's on the cloud, you know, you drop your phone down the shitter and you can access it on another device and it's still there. So it's safer as well, isn't it? Keeping all of our customer information on the cloud. Sometimes we use these old school systems and they work, but we don't realise how much it takes from us by using that system and how much time and, you know, energy and thinking power that we need. Whereas it's only when you upgrade the system, you actually think, shit, I'm saving myself a lot of hours here using this. So, let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go.
