How are you chaps? How are we? How are we doing? You having a good weekend? Listen, I just wanted to do one on a quick one on trust and the importance of building trust in your brand and in your business, especially if you wanted to go and enter the domestic market for plastering. It's one thing being real good on the tools and having those, you know, those hand skills, which is fantastic. We all need to do that and do our time, get them hours in. But once you've done that and you've mastered that and you're looking to enter the domestic market for plastering, one of the big important things that you need is you need people skills. If you're going to be involved with sales, the sales side of it, so if you're a sole trader and it's just you to start with, then you're going to be getting leads in. Once you've sorted that and you're getting your leads coming in, you've got to then convert those leads. So you need to answer the phone in a professional way. You need to communicate effectively and you need to be able to convince your customers and your clients that you've got the capability to undertake this work. And it's about trust really. It's about how do we build trust with these new clients that are coming in. So I wanted to put a few links up on some books that have helped me out, some business books, books about communication, how you view yourself and also sales and marketing. So have a quick look at the link, have a read through and give us your thoughts. Have you got any books that have helped you with your plastering business or any tips and advice that you can give as well? Stick it up on the group, post your ideas and let me know what you think to the books that I've advised. Have a good weekend boys, nice one. Thank you.
