Happy New Year trial talk it's 2024 and I can't get my phone to stay still
done I hope you've all had a fantastic Christmas break I hope you've all you
know spent some good time with the wallet bashers spent all your money you're
probably broke now so you need to get back to work if not this week most of
you'll be back in next week I've got a damp proofing project starting Monday
and a few other bits and pieces I need to wrap up before that got some
skirting boards fit tomorrow but whatever you're doing I'm sure you're
going to be back at it if not this week next week so again I hope you've
recharged the batteries stuffed yourselves with mince pies spent some good time with
the loved ones and at least had a few days at least to sort of recharge and rest
recuperate but we're gonna go and do it all again aren't we in 2024 we're gonna
make this year count but in order to do that we need to bring in a shit ton of

see it so so I having something that looks nice however people can't see it and
kind of pointless isn't it kind of pointless it being there so better to have a
basic website and it's better to have a simple website that's presentable that
ranks very very high and that churns out organic leads for you brings in leads in
order to build a lead machine organically you need to leverage a few different
platforms okay Facebook Google YouTube and a free website you can build yourself

you are on there you you're ranking way down the list and you're not getting any

Facebook paying Google for ads paying my builder checker trade rating people
whatever it is however you get work are you still paying to get work to get leads

own reputation your own brand and rely on your own organic reviews online to start
generating more leads that's how you cut out the middleman you go direct to the
homeowner you earn a lot more money obviously working for people that own
the property rather than working for construction companies agencies builders
again that's one way of earning money as a spread okay and of course it's
consistent and I'm not here to knock that way of earning money however you will
max out and you will you will hit a wall of how much you can earn when you're
working for builders and of course most of us will think okay I'll bring in a team
of lads I've done this I'll bring in a team of boys and I'll work I'll learn a
little bit off each man it's one way doing it but you're gonna be like a mouse
on the wheel and you're gonna be flat out all year round and putting out fires and
stressing out chasing behind them and supervising and you know it's it's a hard
way as a spread to earn a crust it's a hard way by specializing and building up
your brand building up your reputation becoming an expert in a specific niche
you're able to work less and earn more and that's how you generate more free
time and more money and create a better work-life balance and able to have
options more flexibility it's funny that resonates with you and you're interested
