try and store it in a place that's going to be easy accessible and you're not going to be spread
across loads of different platforms which is again mistakes i used to make i'd have some
information on whatsapp i'd have some information on uh facebook messenger i'd have some on text
and some on email and some on voicemail on my phone and i'll be forever trying to go through
and try and remember and wrap my brains where did they live um what did they say they wanted and you
know it would be chasing my tail all the time so by having the crm there again it's putting it all
in one column accessible from one click and it is a game changer for organization guys so the crm
system your trade base if you do struggle with job organization and this will this will be a massive
game changer for anybody that struggles with this by me implementing this crm i've basically wiped out
driving around looking at jobs um by at least eight eighty percent um the only time that i go
out and look at jobs now as you know is if i've got an amber light uh those that are new to the group
what that means is if they've um if they've pretty much gave you an inclination that they want you to
do the job and now it's just a case of um when because you've already discussed money up front you've
already discussed your availability um you've got a good sense good rapport going with the customer and
all this is just through emails videos and phone conversations guys uh we've not been out there
yet looking looking at the job so that's how it's done yeah using the crm system makes that so easy
it's on desktop it's on mobile as well so you can use it i mostly use it on my mobile phone app and
again in terms of keeping hold of information accessing it when you need it
your trade base will store their name email address phone number map of where they live job description
um text messages and emails that you've had to and fro between you and the customer all of this lot
will be locked in and you can you know send quotes and send invoice uh send email etc you can do it all
in one in one place off the cuff so that's why it's so good because you're not looking searching and
looking for anything anymore
